I have 10+ years of experience in designing learning for varied adult education situations, including corporate training, university coursework, and non-profit workshops. I am passionate about creating engaging and inclusive learning solutions that empower learners and drive organizational performance. I design, develop, and evaluate online courses and programs for various clients in the healthcare, insurance, and risk management sectors.

I use my skills in e-learning development, written communication, and educational program design to create interactive and accessible learning experiences that meet the learning objectives and the needs of diverse audiences. I also leverage my data analysis skills to measure the effectiveness and impact of the learning solutions, and provide recommendations for improvement.

In addition to my current role, I have a background in diversity training, natural resource management, and foreign languages, which gives me a broad and multidisciplinary perspective on learning and development. I hold a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a focus on natural resource management, and a Master of Science in Organization, Learning, and Technology (MSOLT) with a focus on instructional design and differentiated instruction strategies.
